IF TAKING A TAXICAB FROM EITHER AIRPORT ASK FOR "THE FIXED" RATE

(as of 5/2000 $39.50 from Hobby and $43.50 from GBIAH)

• From William P. Hobby Airport (19 miles to CQS):

From the airport main exit, turn right (East) on Airport Blvd., you can stay on Airport Blvd or turn left on Monroe Street and follow the I-45 North signs. Take I-45 North ( a left turn underneath the freeway). As you drive on I-45 North, immediately go to your left hand lane. This will take you to I-610 West exit (exit 40C). Follow I-610, which will change to I-610 North. (approximately 15 miles after leaving the airport). Take the Westheimer - FM 1093 (exit 8C) the first exit after the bridge. You will have to go to your right hand lane quickly to take this exit. At Westheimer turn left ( West) under the freeway. Both left lanes turn onto Westheimer. Take the second left lane as the building is on the corner of Westheimer and I-610 and traffic may prevent you moving over one lane. Please read our detailed parking instructions.

• From George Bush Intercontinental Airport (23 miles to CQS):

Take J.F.K Blvd , the main airport exit (#837), follow the I-45 and I-59 exit signs to Beltway 8. Turn right (West) on the Beltway 8 for the next 2 miles take the I-45 S (DOWNTOWN exit # 841). Continue on I-45 for the next 4 miles. Take the 610 West Loop exit (exit # 51), in the far right hand lane. Follow the 610 Loop around until you reach the U.S. 290 / 610 exit stay in one of the three left lanes and follow the I-610 loop. Exit at the San Felipe / Westheimer exit (exit # 9A). Stay on the feeder road and go through the San Felipe traffic light, stay in the right lane. As you approach Westheimer we are the corner building. The entrance for uncovered parking is off of the I-610 Loop. To access the entrance for covered parking turn right on Westheimer and take your first driveway.

• General Directions when in the area:

CQS Research is located at the corner of Westheimer and the 610 Loop ( catty-corner from the Galleria ), on the third floor. We are the only black/brown 5 story office building located at that intersection. The front of the building is located on the I-610 side and the Sheraton Suites Hotel is next to us. In case of rain please use the covered parking and walk to the lower level.Enter the building from the basement which is open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After hours an attendant will only be at the lower level in the event of a downpour. The gated parking opens from 5:15PM until 11:30PM and available.

• IF TAKING A TAXICAB FROM EITHER AIRPORT, ASK FOR THE "FIXED RATE". IT IS LESS EXPENSIVE THAN THE METERED RATE.

• TRANSPORTATION CAN BE ARRANGED FOR YOU TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT AT COST PLUS 15%, IT WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR FINAL INVOICE.
